MGHighTech Service Agreement

  1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between MGHighTech (“Service Provider”) and you (“Customer”) as of the date of acceptance by the Customer. By using the services provided by MGHighTech, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

  1. Daily Account Monitoring

The Customer understands and agrees that it is solely their responsibility to monitor their account daily. Specifically, the Customer must ensure that all links intended for copying appear in their account and that a corresponding green notification indicates that these links have been successfully copied (ATTENTION: Congratulations, you have completed all the shares for today xx/xx/xxxx! Total shares: 5). MGHighTech shall not be held responsible for any links that are missing or not copied due to the Customer’s failure to monitor their account.

  1. Credit Card Processing

The Customer acknowledges that the timely processing of their credit card information is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted service. If, for any reason, the Customer’s credit card information fails to process, the service will be paused automatically until the payment issue is resolved. The Customer is responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

  1. Limitation of Liability

MGHighTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Customer’s failure to monitor their account or from issues related to credit card processing. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the management of their account and any resulting consequences.

  1. Agreement Acceptance

By utilizing the services provided by MGHighTech, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Changes to Agreement

MGHighTech reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MGHighTech operates.
